Peterborough sees the return of Optical Express

Leading UK eye care provider, Optical Express have made a welcome return to Peterborough. The optical chain first opened in the area in 2006 and built up a loyal base of well over 10,000 patients. They’ve developed a reputation for delivering world class clinical care, boasting a great range of designer brands and always delivering unbeatable value.

The new eye clinic has opened in the centre of Peterborough, on Cross Street.  It’s easily reached by public transport and parking is available nearby.

While continuing to offer eye tests, glasses and contact lenses, the new clinic will also specialise in laser eye surgery and will offer locals the chance to find out if the treatment is right for them at a free, no obligation consultation.

David Moulsdale, Optical Express Chairman and CEO commented:

Our 2013 expansion plans are well underway and Peterborough was high on our list of priorities so we’re pleased to have re-opened here. The new clinic looks great, is perfectly positioned in the city centre and has been well received so far by old and new patients alike.

As the only national provider of complete eye care, Optical Express has been looking after the vision and health of patients’ eyes for over twenty years, providing expert eye care for people of all ages.

Nitin Jain, Regional Manager for Optical Express said:

I was delighted when the new Peterborough clinic was added to the company’s portfolio, we have had a long standing relationship with the city and I am excited that we will continue developing this.  We offer patients a fantastic service and I think that’s reflected in the high number of patients who then go on to refer Optical Express to their friends and family.

Appointments are available now at the new clinic on Cross Street and patients who undergo laser eye surgery with Optical Express will also benefit from 50% off designer sunglasses.
