Optical Express announced the public to private acquisition of Specialeyes Plc, a UK wide optical company.
David Moulsdale, Chairman of the optical group said, “We are delighted to conclude our largest acquisition to date with the addition of 68 new locations and the retention of all staff. This public to private transaction is a significant milestone in the growth of the company as it allows us to effectively enter the optical market in England, with locations in many major towns and cities.”
